Poll the target over SSH until it responds, useful after provisioning VMs/LXCs. Fails on timeout.

Parameters

`timeout`	int	no	Maximum seconds to wait for connectivity. Default 300.
`delay`	int	no	Seconds between retry attempts. Default 5.
